What is considered eligible for replacement warranty?

If one of these signs are observed at the point of delivery, please follow the steps here and report immediately.

Signs to watch out for:

a. Water pooling at the bottom of packages or staining from water on packages

b. Sticky or slimy food

c. Food smells odd or rancid

d. Bloated or leaked packaging

*Note: Just like the food we eat, color and texture of meat may differ from time to time. Our frozen fresh food from reputable suppliers are manufactured from natural, raw ingredients that are harvested at different times of manufacturing. There will be occasions where there are color variations between different batches (e.g. Case 1 looks darker color than Case 2) under the same formulations, and considered to be normal and safe. However if there is discolouration within the same batch, (e.g. Pouch A looks darker than Pouch B which both belongs to Case 1), please report the issue so we can initiate an investigation.
