Eligibility Criteria
1. Item(s) are returned within 7 days of ship date
2. Item(s) are returned new in its original packaging, unopened and seals intact with accompanying labels and gifts
3. Consumables, i.e. food, treats, supplements have a minimum of 6 months shelf life
Exceptions
1. These items cannot be returned:
a. Frozen & chilled food due to food safety concerns
b. Grooming brushes, beds, mats, carriers, wearables, i.e. harness, collar, shoes, apparel due to hygiene concerns
c. Items from clearance sale and surprise boxes
2. If returned item(s) affects eligibility for Gift with Purchase (GWP) and/or promotion freebie, GWP and/or freebie must be returned with the returned item(s)
3. If returned item(s) affects eligibility for free shipping, delivery fee will be deducted from refund amount
4. If returned item(s) affects eligibility for discount codes, i.e. 10FORGOOD, reward coupons, the discount code will be revoked and may be applied to future orders instead. Refund amount will be based on net amount paid, minus any applicable adjustments from the revoked discount code
Next Steps
1. Submit your return request here and receive a response in 5 working days
2. If returned item(s) is in satisfactory condition, refund will be issued as store credits in 5 working days
3. If returned item(s) does not meet our eligibility criteria, refund will not be issued. It will be the responsibility of the customer to collect the returned item from our fulfilment center. If item(s) is not collected within 7 days, it will be donated to animal welfare groups
GDP reserves the right to reject return requests if requirements are not met. We encourage customers to be familiar with our return policy to ensure a fair and pleasant process for everyone.
