If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days! All we ask is that when you submit a return request, it should meet the following requirements:
1. Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the delivery
2. Item is returned in its original & sealed packaging
3. Item is not purchased as a surprise box
4. Item is not purchased with discount codes e.g. 10FORGOOD, vouchers etc.
5. A minimum of 6 months shelf life for all perishables, i.e. food, treats, supplements, etc
6. Does not fall under any of these categories: prescription medications, frozen food, grooming brushes, beds, carriers, crates, cages, wearables (e.g. harness, collar, shoes, apparel). Such items are not eligible for returns due to food safety and hygiene concerns. *TIP: Do you know we have video guides to learn to adjust harnesses, collars & boots effectively? 7. Does not have history of returning more than 3 items
If the above requirements are met, you may proceed to submit your request here and the value of your returned items will be refunded as store credits. We regret that customers who do not meet the requirements above will be ineligible for returns or refunds.
